There are other rings to look at: 22* Superior gollux, Gloom ring, Reinforce gollux, Meister, Kanna's treasure, & Breath of Divinity 20* Solid gollux & Scarlet Rings are accessory equipment that could boost stats. I believe the event shop with NEO comes with them? So I'd say ICOG + inno first slot, Premium Accessory 100% the last 2 slots. However, only meister and hekathon rings can be easily obtainable right now, the other two can only be bought from other players atm. U can get multiple copies from pno, but u can only equip one. So I have Superior Gollux Ring already. Kanna is one of the most powerful classes in Maplestory. Another good ring to obtain is the Kanna Treasure Ring. Not affiliated with or filtered by Nexon. It doesn’t take much to get meister, it will take you much less time building a decently starred meister ring then it would take getting solid gollux rings.
